With the campaign “Travel for Fair Sex” we look for partners and anyone who loves travel to get involved in stopping trafficking at some of our most popular travel destinations. Many places the Swedes love visit are also home to sex tourism; Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, Greece are some of our favorite destinations in Europe. But statistics show that they also have a dark underbelly with trafficking and prostitution.
At the campaign site, anyone can provide their signature and become Travel for Fair Sex-ambassadors. The signatures will be sent to politicians in the affected countries.
“The next step is to get travel agencies to create awareness of the problem even at the locations. We also want local collaborators to care about these issues”, says Stina Månsson who created the campaign.
