Responsibilities include: Streamlining project activities while allowing development processes to guide the work toward its goals; Overseeing activities, tracking progress, and evaluating outcomes; Preparing reports and documentation; Collaborating broadly, both internally and externally
Communications Specialist (30%)
As a communications specialist, you will be both a driving force and an inspiration to ensure the project reaches its audience and has the intended impact. Your role involves: Producing diverse communication materials; Collecting and shaping shared messaging based on students’ materials and creative workshop outcomes; Managing RealStars’ social media and other channels; Developing print materials and digital campaigns; Launching TikTok as a key platform for RealStars and establishing a strategy for this and other communication efforts.
For All Positions: We are looking for dedicated individuals who believe in a world free from sex trafficking, where sex is based on equality and consent—never something that can be bought. You value a just and equal society that respects human rights.
Location & Role Combinations
We expect candidates to have strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and relevant experience, education, and expertise. Some positions can be combined to increase working hours. Project leader and communications roles can be based in Gothenburg or Stockholm, meanwhile the process leader roles are specifically tied to Stockholm and Gothenburg.
