RealStars invites you in from the November darkness to our vibrant art and music event – The Art of Stopping Trafficking.
For many years, we at RealStars have used art and culture to spread our message about Fair Sex – sex on equal terms, without coercion or threats, and with mutual respect. This year, we conclude with a splash of color and engagement on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and Girls, November 25, at the Clarion Hotel Stockholm.
Women and girls are among the most vulnerable to sexual exploitation in our society, and together we can create change. Fair Sex should apply to everyone and in all situations. During the evening, we want to honor women around the world while also raising awareness of the global issues of violence and sex trafficking. We will also celebrate this year’s successes, like the UN’s new report on the devastating consequences of prostitution for women and girls, emphasizing the importance of a sex purchase law and the Nordic model. By participating, you not only support RealStars’ work against sex trafficking but also take a stand against the injustices women face in our society.
We are also pleased and proud to present Ukrainian survivor and artist Nadiia Buriachok, who will be speaking!
